Our workshops are where theory meets practice. We run one-off tasters, short series, and ongoing community sessions so that there is something for people at different stages and with different goals. Topics include contemporary movement, improvisation, composition, and performance skills. We also run sessions that focus on participation and connection rather than technique—these are ideal if you are new to movement or simply want to move in a supportive group.

Where We Meet

Events take place in our studio spaces and, where it makes sense, online. We work with partners across the UK, so location and format vary by programme. When you sign up or express interest, we will confirm venue, kit list (for example comfortable clothing, water), and any access requirements we can support. We aim to make our spaces and sessions as accessible as possible—if you have questions about access, get in touch before booking.

Who Can Take Part

Most of our workshops are open to all. We indicate level (e.g. introductory, mixed, or experienced) so you can choose appropriately. Some series are designed for people with a background in dance or theatre; others assume no prior experience. If you are unsure, drop us a line and we can point you to the right session or suggest a starting point.

Stay Updated

Workshop dates and themes are announced on the blog and via our mailing list. To join a workshop or suggest a theme you would like to see, contact us. We also welcome ideas for partnerships—if you run a venue, community group, or education setting and want to host or co-design a workshop, we would like to hear from you.
